The Kettlestone Development in the Waukee area is designed to have a balance of businesses, neighborhoods, and green spaces. It also includes six miles of trails and four public ponds, all within close proximity to The Estates of Waukee.
The trail system includes a safe pedestrian underpass located by the Holmes Murphy building, just two blocks from The Estates of Waukee, giving members easy access to long walks and bike rides. In addition, the Iowa DNR plans to stock all four ponds in the area to give more fishing opportunities to local Waukee residents.
