Construction has begun on the first phase of homes at The Estates of Dubuque, and the first homes will be move-in-ready this Fall.
The Estates of Dubuque is a maintenance-free community for active 55+ and will be the first of its kind in the Dubuque area. The 35 individual patio homes will be situated in the serene NW side of Dubuque and will feature 4 different floor plans. Sales have already started and 15 homes are reserved! Now is the time to purchase, as there's still time to select a home location and start personalizing! Once inside this community, members can enjoy clubhouse amenities, which include an outdoor swimming pool, a great room with fireplace and kitchen, a fitness center, office space, and an indoor pickleball court.
Cooperatives were designed as a form of homeownership in which the members collectively own and control the developments in which they live. Residents buy membership stock in the cooperatives, which owns the land, buildings, and any common areas, such as the clubhouse. The general contractor for this project is Conlon Construction out of Dubuque, IA. The projected timeline for completion of the entire community is late 2023.
