About the Event
Join us for an open house of The Estates of Pella Model Home! We are excited to host you in this beautifully completed home and to share more about our cooperative community. This will be an open house event and you are welcome to stop by any time throughout the evening following the Pace Golf Tournament.
We are located off of Bos Landen Drive at the end of Vintage Lane. Our Model Home is the first house on the right of the community! Since we are far enough along with construction, we have a variety of homes that are still available and open for tour!
